Looking for advice on reekie cleanflow hydraulics
Just replaced all bearings in the gear trough and new dhalaman roller's so all runs free
When oil is cold it struggles to turn rollers at proper speed (run's at proper speed then slows )as it gets oil warmer it runs better
Have had pressure relief unit out and spring was broken replaced it.
on altering pressure on low settings pressure on guage is steady on increasing pressure pressure is uneven there are 2 more settings on control unit one controls pressure before reversing the other controls time in reverse according to book
I know it's an old machine but everything else works fine .
We have changed oil and filter which didn't seem too bad
just wondering had anyone else had this problem in the past over the years and was there a fix.
pump seems to have pressure as it's ok when warm also have correct oil hope there's a chap out there who fixed it doing this!
