Removal of bund

Hello , was wondering if anyone would be able to advise me regarding the removal of quite a big section of bund on some land I own. I would be removing it and relocating on my own land . Do I need any kind of permit or permission . Any help would be appreciated . Chazz

Its made up of top soil and muck away , it’s quite a large section adjoining a football club

Sounds like a large amount so I guess its removal would be quite noticeable .
What purpose is it serving at its present location?

It was originally put in place purely for mitagating noise to residential properties 35 years ago before Accoustic fencing was introduced .
Now I want to shift it to a different location on my own land and put a planning application in

Sounds like it's next to a built up area so you will have to ask
the questions from your local authority .
If you remove it on a bank holiday and they come back on you I'd I imagine you could
be slapped with one big bill .
Whatever you do keep a trail of the emails ,conversations etc.
