Removing drying floor and timber tunnel

What would be the best way to remove a timber drying floor from a grain store (raised c.150mm) and also a central drying tunnel that’s timber too.
I want to clear it for change of use and also do it so the floor could be re homed if anyone was after spares. It’s a Lingward floor.

Sorry, not a great photo of the floor!

Sacrifice first row at doorway,
Tines under, gently lift, place timber blocks under furthest floor joist, then gently up and down, with tines, to break the joint, then lift in lengths,
Alternatively unscrew every screw, but good luck with that one,

Tunnel, brace internally, cut with zip saw in 20 ft sections, lift as one,

@grainboy Thanks for that, I’ll give it a go.

In your experience, is there any demand for a second hand timber drying tunnel? I know somebody might want bits of the floor for spares.

Hire s circular saw and saw it along the centre ofthe board into sections 30ft by 8, lift onto trailer
Mark sections so they fit back together

I'd be interested in it if you remove it well, which I appreciate is not easy, is it nailed or screwed to laterals?

Fag packet measurements:
Floor 1 : 80ft x 30ft
Floor 2 : 40ft x 30ft
Drying tunnel: 80ft x 5ft

Its just short of 750t floor space
Correction, Tunnel is 4ft wide, but widens to c.5ft at the end 8ft section at the fan housing.
There are some small patches that have been re boarded

I think its nailed
@grainboy would you be interested in dismantling it and delivering it? Or @pear if you want to take it out I'm looking to make a 40x40' tray drying floor, not too worried on laterals condition as will need to make them deeper, screwed rather than nailed might be tricky but if you could salvage enough floor to cover that area and the majority of the tunnel. Any fans/burners?

No burners, but 4 fans. Fans work either 1,2 or 4 at a time.

Id have to get an electrician to re position light switches and sockets before dismantling the tunnel as they are positioned on the front of the tunnel.

Thanks Pear, I sent you a pm over it all.
