Rental value of grassland over winter

what value would you put on permanent pasture grassland for 5 months grazing October to March - sward covers of average 2300kg DM/ha, mostly reasonably dry ground

I appreciate your input but if we assume winter grazing to be much poorer value than 6 months when grass is actually growing - what would you value that ground at for a whole year grazing? No sfp.
I thought £15-20 was generous but am interested to hear others views

Haha you know as well as I do it would be nearer £100/acre here in Wales

I think £25/acre is fair. Tbh honest people in Wales aren't being as silly re rents as they have been. Some blocks have been sold off because they couldn't let them.

Usually means daily whizz round on the quad then spot a slightly lame one and insist the owner travels 70 miles to treat it immediately.

Yeah used to send a lot of sheep down Hexham way but dairy farms down there are few and far between, struggling to find enough this year.
