Restaurant chicken supplier

Hi all,

New to this forum so be gentle, I hope you can help me I'm looking
for a supplier of chickens for a start up restaurant business, the only
problem is the chickens need to be anywhere between 750 to 950 grams
in weight. I have had a google and contacted some suppliers but they can
not offer the weight's I am after so I thought some of you people
in the trade might be able to give me some leads on where to

Might be a challenge.
Poussin normally weigh around 350gm - 400gm dressed weight.
After that birds are normally grown on a bit above your spec.

Where in NW UK? I’m guessing mainland rather than islands? Ullapool or further south? Can’t see huge demand for a chicken restaurant up there unless you’re planning to get the NC500 traffic. Maybe speak to Munros and see what they can source for you.

You don't take a hint, do you? Manchester/ Liverpool isn't in the NW of the UK - it's pretty much the centre of the country.
