Revamp or rebuild

Currently we have 3 grain stores all joined together
2x 60ft x 144 ft and a 50ft x 105 ft
only one of the bigger stores is conveyor filled
The sheds are getting in need of refurbishment the valley gutters can not cope with the more frequent downpours we seem to be getting now, the roof sheeting is starting to delaminate and some of the block walls need replacing.
Height is now also getting to be an issue.
Need to store 5 crops something like
Feed wheat 2000m3
Barley 1200m3
Oats beans and milling wheat 750m3 each
Anyone got any layout plans? Seems like a 50-60 ft span seems best value for money but difficult to plan out with doors and filling /loading out and it doesn't fit the current site, although I wouldn't mind moving as we struggle with top water as well. But moving drier and cleaning set up will be too costly although we could in theory leave drier and one shed up and move grain once dried to new shed.

Revamp would be 100% allowable against tax........knocking it all down and starting again has to come largely out of taxed income (I think you get a 2% allowance per year now for new farm buildings).
