Why, please explain. People leave companies all the time. If a company relies on one persons to be successful it’s not sustainable. Did the power Harrow not turn up on time and at as agreed price ? Have you given their replacement a chance? If not why not? Change can be good and healthy for a company as well as negative. It’s like saying we have dealt with mr J1177 snr for years. He has passed check book to J1177 jnr. We won’t deal with him now!

Diddnt say that, ph is spot on happy with the deal. The rep did a bloody good job, infact the rep inquired if it was ok after he left rfs. just stating facts that weve never bought off them before or since diddnt say i wouldnt in the future but iv not got a clue who the rep for our area is now.

People buy from people. If you don't know who to contact to get a quote you contact someone from another company that you do know.

RFS are only interested if you have green tractors. Last time we asked for a demo they sent completely the wrong machine. It was last in a long line of trying, I've given up now.

We bought off them a few years back, rep left ( assume same rep) then just never saw anyone until Yams this year when i went and enquired about something.
Which he totally balsed the quote on.
I always get the feeling we are not big enough for them to be bothered about
