Our washing similar to above
Water hot enough ? Our robot boiler has been known to trip

Not sure on delaval filter set up, Lely filter case locking nut threads can be a bug breeding ground.
We brush ours with dilute hypo daily

Alkaline am
Acid pm
Acid nigtht
Chem rinse if idle for an hour (mine go out )
You need to look in the pipe work above the receiver aswell as that can get grotty
Make sure the chem pump actually works
You can add more chem to a wash by adjusting the settings in config tool on the pc(found that helps a lot)

I’m only washing twice a day. Alkaline every 3rd time.
Chemical pump checked last night .
Cleaned out milk meter because was having problem with clusters dropping on fast flow cows and around them was full of cruds, was think wash should be doing better.

Check the milk pipe where it goes into the filter
Is the black bit of rubber the clusters sit against when parked dirty cause that can cause issues
Are the flush pipes working for when it finishes milking and rinses out
On top the receiver vessel are 4 plastic valves, take them off and have a look ,had that before
Put it on a acid alkaline wash (which you can do as a one off) make sure the water is hot and go to the front where the water tank is and put extra chem in then when it’s done look at the filter

What chemical are you using? We had problems with ultra crystalizing in the pipes.

Yea using Ultra. Noticed that actually when was checking chemical pump, but still seemed to be liquid getting through when ran pump. Got it cleared out too encase it wasn’t lifting full amount.
Changed long milk tubes today, couldn’t believe the amount of crud that was between them and the blue silicon tubes.
That’s a few things discovered now hopefully getting closer to solving it.
Thanks everyone for help.

Anybody on here running the new delaval vms300?
An Ai customer of mine installed the 1st one in NI, (there are more going since then) he was a beef farmer before starting into milk, he bought cows without any real consideration of suitability. I was in Ai-ing a cow for him recently and he pointed out her rear teat placement (not that I hadn't not
