Roller shutter, sliding, or????

Pics for you.

These are of our newest cattle shed but I would fit the exact same setup on a grain store. I would add a few of that bristle type draught excluder strips on the bottom and at the inner post, to please the assurance man if needs be.
The bottom angle is on the other way so that water runs down the sheet and forward away in front of the pipe set in the concrete. We have another with the angle as normal and it builds up water behind the pipe and jams up when it freezes

That door is about 14-15ft square and my 5yr old can slide it no bother (can't reach handle though!).
We have a small 1" step up to the floor level which works well with the pipe. Can get dirty and need a brush out sometimes though.

Anyway you get the idea.

For sliding doors if you don't need a perfect seal on the bottom, say for a cattle shed rather than grain shed we put a length of angle along the wall so that it comes out from the wall and down, we then put a small piece on the back edge of the door that hooks in between the angle and the wall, it keeps the door from blowing out in the wind and no hassle with a rail getting full up with muck and dirt

A roller shutter, roller door or sectional overhead door is a type of door or window shutter consisting of many horizontal slats (or sometimes bars or web systems) hinged together. The door is raised to open it and lowered to close it. On large doors, the action may be motorized. I think roller shutter is good.
