Roofing old silage pit

Evening! I’m thinking about putting a roof over an old silage pit we don’t use for that purpose anymore! The concrete walls are all solid and intact and the pit is approx 20ft x 60ft. Obviously a box profile roof would be best but also wondered about putting a poly tunnel on top of the walls as a cheaper option! It’ll mostly be used for storing straw/hay etc.
Any guide on how much this would cost and any input is greatly appreciated

Stick this over the top and have a nice 40ft shed on the side.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
