Looking For Work Rookie Shearer looking to gain experience. Cheshire/Manchester areas

Hello all,

Rookie shearer, 34, English, looking to gain more experience shearing sheep. Had my first lesson on June 9th and have ordered my first shearing kit which is due Tuesday or Wednesday.

I'm hardworking, eager to learn and progress with my shearing and general shepherding work. Previous work includes lambing contracts in UK and Iceland, dagging, drenching, some vaccinations, tagging and hoof care.

Here is a summary of what the gentleman I learned with had to say...

"Can I recommend J too anyone who has sheep in and around Cheshire...he is very polite, and quick and keen to learn. He has a good work ethic. He was very hands on and un-fased by been asked to hold 2 llamas while I sheared them. He deserves a chance for sure. I will be using his help when I 'm shearing in Cheshire....in the future. So if you have a handful of sheep and are struggling to have them sheared , give J a call. Bob"

Please leave a comment or send me a PM on here if you need me.
