DSC_0973 (3).JPG DSC_0972 (3).JPG Had this happen yesterday on the road. Driven 12 miles from a steep spray field job ,just come through a busy tourist village and got a vibration through steering wheel but they had just minutes before layed new tar/chippings so thought it may be the loose stone causing the vibration. Stopped at a big junction on A road to see rim had split about a foot. Had to get off the road so 100 yds away was a wide verge so crawled down road but as that wheel climbed the verge the tube let go. Not quite 4 years old on a SP sprayer.

Quick after reading TFF you best get on to your supplier/manufacturer and your solicitor and sue for a new wheel
Its got to be a design fault?
New ones are stronger so they should supply you a new set FOC
Not made for purpose
OR JUST Beat it with big hammer and weld up then strengthen all of the wheels

Not finished writing
on a serious note
You were lucky
It not to of gone in village at full speed
But it just shows how important it is to walk round when opening gates etc
But you might not of seen it anyway
Good look on mending it

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
