My Ntrip RtK has moved since last autumn, easy enough to shift it back but would this be to do with the satellite change earlier this year?

Not sure what satellite change your referring to specifically. In any event it shouldn’t make a difference.
Typically with shifts like this either the base has been physically shifted/moved, it’s base co-ordinates have changed or they have altered something like the coordinate system the base is referenced to (which can have the same effect as physically moving the base).
Who’s your NTRIP provider and have they offered up any reason?
Has anything else receiver wise been changed at your end?
