Anybody else had two emails from them this week? First one announcing new online payments with bank details and then a second one stating the first emails bank details are incorrect. My subscription isnt due anytime soon and i just wondered if the second email or both were scams.

Yes same here, doesn't inspire confidence in the whole process when they can't even get the bank details correct to pay into  :banghead:

Had both and ignored both. I’m sure they’ll let me know when I owe them money
We paid by cheque as usual and they receipted it. Then emailed us to say we haven’t paid!
They also wanted to do an online virtual inspection and I told them no.
Online virtual inspections are not compulsory and they cannot withhold Continued assurance without good reason.

Don’t want virtual inspections here either. I’m already paying for assurance schemes I don’t want and they don’t seem to do any good apart from layer me with more cost. If they can’t be bothered to come out as well that might be the final straw.

Maybe they should be paying me to do my inspection. Luckily mobile phone reception/internet connection round the farm are terrible so they won’t really have a choice!!
