Just had confirmation message. Looks like paying out from 2nd September.

Better make the most of it, for the peedie parliament haven't decided how little they can afford to give us next year

There won't be much money left to pay us wee active farmers once the big estates have had their wedge for blocking up drains, letting weeds grow, and destroying managed wildlife habitat

But apparently producing more methane from wetlands and rank vegetation, and reducing biodiversity is better for the environment than producing actual food
