SCR warning light

My SCR warning light has been coming on for short periods on a DMax. Is the cat stuffed or do I need a good blast up the road ? Manual refers to an abnormality which isn't much help. Last few weeks with roads and traffic the engine has probably never been above 2000 rpm.

First job- give it a good run at 60-70mph. If no fix, call dealer

The best way to get it hot is to pull a loaded trailer up a decent hill somewhere. Modern vehicles have so much power that when cruising at any legal speed, the engine really isn’t working very hard.

Heavy load of cattle in the IW and a run up the Corvedale to Telford and back, will sort it....
