Secondhand fertilizer spreaders

Having made hay for the last few years on our meadows I have the feeling that the land ought to have something put back in. So I am looking at an older fertilizer spreader to put something like 20-10-10 on. I have seen a Teagle XT 22 relatively close by on ebay and an Amazon ZAU 1501.

I know the amazon is larger, but it is again relatively close by at a dealers.

Anyone have any thoughts on such machines and what to look for on an older spreader (apart from holes in the tank!)

S/H Kuhn MDS range, they are good simple spreaders.

To be honest u cant go far wrong with a vicon wag tail. If they had made one that throws 24m id have had one rather than my kv.

Kuhn, Wagtail, Amazone are all fine if kept clean and haven't been badly eaten.
Old ones aren't worth much , new basic ones aren't a fortune to begin with.
