What do we think? Does this require a seed dressing? Thanks in advance

if it was for organic production it is over the european thresholds 15% .so you would be advised to use a seed dressing or/and be prepared to use a robust early fungicide programme using chems from different groups as net blotch can cause significant yield loss if untreated ,and allow other diseases easy way in. At least you know what disease your seed is carrying. very few folks do.

I have the same levels of P teres in my Planet & Laureate. I'm treating it with Redigo (prothioconazole) when the dresser turns up next week. You really don't want to be chasing net blotch out of a crop from emergence onwards.
