Seeking Pasture for Metal Detecting in North Somerset Area

My name is Rachael, I am in my 40,s and I am a keen Metal Detectorist, it’s a hobby I love due to the history that can be uncovered, I like to think of it as the closest you can get to Time Travel ⏱ I also love the hobby as it really shows the landowner what may have been going on back hundreds of years ago and can sometimes link to past families that would have farmed the land in years gone by. And the added bonus of being out in the fresh air and enjoying nature which I also love, being a manager in a busy office it’s the solitude I seek to switch off.
I wondered if there were any nice people out there who would allow me to detect on any available land in the North Somerset Area. I am a member of the National Council of Metal Detecting so have insurance, I am very respectful of any land, and wildlife, I take away any rubbish that could be harmful to livestock and wildlife such as lumps of iron, broken bits of plough, tin cans etc, and any holes I dig are carefully replaced. I can can keep a watchful eye out for any issues such as fences being down, fly tipping etc.
Thank you 😊
