Seizure in grown suckler cow?

Have a 3 year old cow who dropped her 2nd calf 5 weeks ago (no problems previously), found her in the shed the other day having a seizure. She was laid on her side legs fully extended paddling with her eyes rolled to the back of her head, duration of seizure circa 2 minutes, it has since become apparent that this has occurred more than once. When seizure finishes she wearily climbs back to her feet and carries on as normal, chewing cud and suckling calf. Blood samples have shown up no deficiencies, this leaving the only logical explanation that this is something neurological.

Has anyone had any experience of this?

we have had a pure limousine cow have 2 calves and both calves use to have seizures and both died at about 3 months old . Only her calves had the seizures . So it was meat pies for her

Bit of a bugger with the calf being so young but she wants going before she beats you to it an you end up dragging her out the shed an paying the knacker man for the pleasure!! Could you get it sucking another cow??
