I've been toying with making something similar all be it on a much smaller scale for one of my multidrives.
Have a hopper on the back with a trailed seeder unit. Possibly have the option of a disc Coulter bar and a tined coulter bar?

It's a cool idea! Could mount a fert spreader, sprayer, lime spreader, slurry tanker, dribble bar on same platform.
