Selling compost and products grown from compost

I’m setting up an urban farming initiative which involves making compost from food waste from restaurants and pop ups at a food market. What certification is needed to be able to sell the compost as a direct product and use it to grow vegetables to then sell back to restaurants at the market? Thanks

WRAP PAS100 is the usual standard for growing media and soil amendment: https://wrap.org.uk/resources/guide/guidelines-quality-compost-use-growing-media

Composting, unless on a small scale, in urban areas poses a potential risk of infectious aerosols which need managing:
