Sheep meat value

Right sheep price as everybody knows is great but why is it . cos nobody on holiday or export good thoughts please so I can plan ahead. Ha ha

look back through price tracker thread , lot of info there , basically there is shortage of sheep meat worldwide mainly due to african swine flu in china , and large parts of the world that cant eat beef ,NZ and oz are suppliying that market and opening up new markets in the usa , been over £5 kilo for last 2 years other places
, jitters over election brexit etc meant goodman and co have shafted the uk market while that was going on , Be honest need to go up as soon as SFP starts stopping sheep farmers might start throwing in the towel without a rise in prices

Price rise is long overdue and I know nobody makes us do this and hopefully it might stay for a while do you think it's here to stay for even a wee while not that I'm thinking about doubling up the numbers though I suppose some might !!!

The main driver of the lamb price are exports which are mostly into the EU.
However some of the larger carcasses may be going to other places (Middle East) which may be why these are making so much money.

Just keep hoping there is a deal over Brexit!!
