Sheep on reseed

Reseed done about a month ago, just wondering when would be able to put sheep over it. All sorts of weeds growing, organic so no point recommending sprays, got sheep on farm at the moment. Thoughts...

Do the "pluck" test if you can pluck the new seedlings out of the ground they are not ready for sheep, firmly anchored seedlings can be grazed lightly, little & often to start with.

^this. If you can pull the seedlings out easily by hand, the sheep will do just that if you ‘try it and see’. Once the seedlings can withstand grazing, graze it hard with as big a mob as you can, for a short time. Then stand back and watch it tiller.:)
