So who's going?
Forecast is very hot which is a little concerning, but otherwise a great day out anticipated, and only just down the road for me this year.

You not coming down to see us then Robyn?
I guess 1 national NSA event makes life easier for you!

Sorry to have missed you the other night.

The real reason for my absence is that tomorrow is the funeral of Edward Vines from Ross on Wye who has bred Meatlincs for many years. He and his family have become great friends not least because we have both had stands at various NSA events and particularly at the Royal Welsh for the last 10 years. Edward was a very wise and very generous man whose company I greatly enjoyed. So I decided I could not leave a trailer of full of sheep for the the stand in a field at Ross on Wye while I attended the funeral so Nick said he would take the sheep and set up the stand and it then seemed obvious that he man it. In fact a couple of weeks ago the "Youth Team" went and did the Cornwall Show as we oldies were at North Sheep. They had lots of rain there so hopefully Tuesday will make up for it. They also seemed to have more enquiries than me!!!

It will be hot but there must be icecream so all is not lost---needless to say I will be on the Exlana stand but I think there is a rota so in theory I get to take a wander too (y)
