Grazing licence for the land and a FBT for the buildings.

If it is for residential letting, then just google it - there are loads out there free or for very little cost
If it is ag/commercial you will need to pay - but it might be cheap at the price

Yes, don't mind paying to get it done right. Was quoted £200 when I looked into it a while back. Then they wanted all sorts of ID to prove I wasn't money laundering. I gave up.
