Isn't it to do with hand to face contact?Does the Tory government have a thing about Beauticians? They are closed by government Covid decree. But Barbers and hairdressers are allowed open. What is the difference. Did Bojo or Gove have a bad waxing sometime and this is their revenge. So those businesses are legally enforced closure and now have to start picking up costs as furlough unwinds - so less government support.
I understand from what I've heard, that a barber may trim your beard but can not give you a shave, because that would probably necessitate holding face skin tight.
And beauticians?
Well. I would imagine that's pretty hands on?
Certainly should be, for some examples I can think of, who would benefit from a couple of hours work.
