Side Valve on slurry tank.

Evening. I am planning on putting a 6” draw off point on the bottom of a slurry tank I have, the contours of the ground means I can dig it out without too much hassle. I realise I should have done this when I built it- but I didn’t! So my questions are: How will I core a 12” reinforced wall? I’m guessing it’s a specialist contractor job. And once this is done where will I get a tank connector for the side? Will I just have to fabricate something? It would be handier if it could all be done from the outside for obvious reasons. The bottom draw off point on my tower has a pipe on the inside with a 90 degree bend on it facing down- do you think I will need something like this. Any help much appreciated!
Thanks

Why not leave the bottom of the tank wall alone and fit an 10" syphon pipe ending in a 6 inch coupler. Could be left empty when not being used so doing away with the chance of accidental tank emptying and you would notch a hole at the top of the tank wall.
Do you think with this method I would lose some of the pressure of the slurry with the viscosity of it going up and down a 6” pipe?
