No change of mind, they pull lorry's in from both the motorway/ as they go around the roundabout and are heading onto/ off the link road.

You don't need to be clued up to road limits for Lorry's to know/ realize that the weight that load is would clearly be over weight!
HD baler's as Massey's 2170HD or those new Krone's are bound to catch some drivers out as those baler's are in a different league.

Okay so say that lorry's brakes failed because it was overweight and hit a car with your loved ones in would you still think : whatever it doesn't matter it was over loaded by such a high tonnage because it was early in the morning so no risk of it being pulled in..
Lorry brakes don’t fail because they are overweight, design tolerances are in built, most would run at 55 ton in Scandinavia.

I totally agree.

Now way that the lorry driver can always be accurate ref the weights of bales.

I would hope thou that the driver that delivered Sid's overweight load would if they go back to the same farm they loaded that load from they would put less bales on to ensure they stay below the weight limit.

One thing being 50 kilos over but quite another being 4 tonnes overweight.

I didn't say it didn't matter i said the lorry was here early so I'd guess they wouldn't have been up.
All you do is twist what people say and lie.

The driver left off some bales as he knew they were heavy so ran at not full capacity.

Of course you need to get a class 1 as you can accurately weigh every bale with your eyes and will be never over weight.
Hope you are as accurate when pulling a stockbox with your truck and know the towing limits and restrictions.
