That will recover quick with rain chicory and clover will fly

spun on in june, onto some ground the cows trampled in, cows grazed it once already.
not had a lot of rain, but chicory is moving in most fields now, and plantain is, not so fast though, prg still brown.

Yeah, quoted. it usually ends up a few £ more "cos I thought you were a bit closer" though 😉.

we did quite well out of someone 'rejecting' a load of straw, dealer had to pick it up, and dropped into us, at a very reasonable price. I have no idea why it was rejected, because it was really nice dry straw, fed some of it.

and oil price has dropped below the price, pre Ukraine war. On the back of a deal done with Iran, over its nuclear programme, so presumably that opens up another oil source.
So how long will it take, for pump price to fall ? Though in fairness, it already has, just not enough.
The downside, is guv is loosing a lot of tax revenue, which will have to be paid, by us, on something else.
