Just a quick link for anybody like me who is trying to get planning for a lagoon.
There was an update on the guidance on 6th Feb this is the link

Slurry Infrastructure grant planning applications: Natural England’s advice for LPAs - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

The important part is,
Help with planning applications for slurry management on farms.

Change made:
The advice to local planning authorities (LPAs) for slurry applications has changed. The old guidance and letter to LPAs have been replaced with the new process. In most cases, Natural England expects to be able to send standardised responses to planning consultations from LPAs advising that the environmental risks are low and further assessment will not be required.Natural England has also replaced Rural Payments Agency as the lead organisation.

Time updated:
2:33pm, 6 February 2024"

Hopefully this will help its been a long process for me.
