At least.Need to be in a month AFAIK
I have had a Storth dribble bar 12 months now. And masserator has been Bob on. Not had to replace wearing parts yet. Maybe blocked it four times in that time on round bale silage. We pump sandy slurry at one big farm and it never causes any problems for masserator.
Overhere every contractor has a precutter on the tank so they are anle to handle all kinds of slurry. They are fitted to the intake so everything is cut before it enters the tank. They are not really cheap though and yet another thing to make life more expensive.Wouldn't it be easier and more cost effective to macerate everything before it got into the tanker?
Have maybe a separate pit to transfer "treated" slurry into?

Mastek is just copy of a Samson one
The Mastek SuperCut has serrated knives and individual air intakes on every outlet.
Yes it is similar in style to the Samson but the two differences make it much better at dealing with UK and Irish slurry.
If anyone wants a reference from someone running a Mastek macerator I am happy to point them in the right direction.

Also fairly standard in walesI was trying to think what the difference was. Bale wrap, string, net and broken lick buckets is a popular Irish trait.
