Could someone tell me why i am not allowed to put SOH3 Multi species summer cover crop on land parcels within Countryside stewardship code HS3 ( restricted depth, non inversion cultivation on historic features) but i am allowed to put CSAM2 multi species winter cover crop on the same parcels.
This seems ridiculous as they are the same mix of species give or take and are sown at the same time and have the same prescriptions.
Have sent an email to RPA but have not had a reply.
