I would be very surprised if the investment was worthwhile.
However worth considering if your inverter needs replacement.
Upgrading any equipment could put your FIT's at risk as well

So long as you don't breach your tic you can change anything on the system.

Oh, this isn't a scam but...is going to put you out of pocket. Read into that what you will.

If you have an unshaded south facing array its not going to solve any inefficiencies so don't waste the money, optimisers have been pushed since the fit disappeared, its not much different from the mis-selling of ppi imo and some companies are getting caught up with after claiming too much. If you have any other aspect and shading then it could be a great idea, but if you pay someone to fit them its going to take something to return all that money back.

I'm not the only cynic then ;)

Forever a cynic:D i bought some solar stuff of a guy selling them, testing/cleaning etc.. he also goes round the country removing mis-sold stuff and making good when homeowners have challenged the seller on breach of contract after claims not coming good... i think its a win win situation for him(y)

Can make any fixed solar system 20% more efficient by turning it into a tracking solar system but the cost of the tracking system normally makes it a non starter.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
