I am looking for an industrial space to run a start-up food processing business. My requirements are as follows;

Location: North West England - preferably within 30-40 miles of central Manchester
Size: 500 - 1200 sqft
Electricity: Three phase electricity
Mains water supply
Nice clean surfaces
