Is it possible to fit solid tyres to a mounted 420 instead of pneumatic. Clearly these boys havent heard of Blackthorn.

I am sure the wheel size corresponds with counterbalance forklift wheels so you should be able to fit them, rims look like split rims also................I actually thought that was an option on them

You could try some tyre sealant in them. Had good results with Oko mining grade here.
