Spray sheet software help

Hi to all you tff members. Hopefully you’re all fairing well in these times.
I’m after some help! I carry out some contract spraying work for many smaller customers. Currently nearly all record keeping is paper based which leaves margin for error and can be time consuming etc. I was wondering if there’s a system anyone can recommend if I was to have an iPad or similar purely for record keeping. The biggest issue being that many agronomists use different recommendation sheets. Something I can use simply and forward onto the customer when the job has been completed.
