Sprayer pump

I have got a AR 904 diaphragm pump and have just changed the all the diaphragms as one was split. After fitting it back into the sprayer, I can't seem to get pressure and won't pump. Is there anything I am missing or that I can check before I take it out again?

Have you put all the valves and springs back in and right way round?

Yes there is one and have checked it for air. It has 5bar wrote on the front of it.

I changed each valve one at a time and checked it over. I think I'll have to take out and double check everything.

Can you flush water through it under pressure with a garden hose? (sorry, I don't know the term you use) That will prime it, flush anything out of the valves that could be holding them open, and confirm that the valves are correct.
