Sprayed off a load of rubbish after turnips. Mustard going in much later. It’s still far too cheesy to risk Spring barley. It’s an 8 acre outlying field full of electric poles so I’m sanguine about it. Houses would be better.

Given up linseed for peas, haven't looked back.
Reasonable herbicide options, likes the dry, yields well leaving a decent margin.
Doesn't need N obviously, but a whiff of biosolids or slurry pre drilling puts a boot up its ass. Weed control is easy as soon as the rows knit together, so you want to get it there quickly.

Mine were drilled the other week and just poking through after 9 days. Direct drilled FSS at 110 seeds into grazed cover crop residue. Last year averaged 5.1t/ha and combined like a dream. Haven't had a flat crop since I started growing them 4 years ago.
