I won't name contractor but from what I hear kit work hard and in work shop most times he someone to avoid believe me

Anyone can end up owing money. Very easily. So wouldn't worry about that. If you lost your job tomorrow and your car broke down and you fell and broke your leg you could end up unable to pay your mortgage before you even realized what had happened
