Winter Barley and spring Barley in the background
Frost and lack of rainfall not done wheat much good.
First ears of WB not too far off, here.
A dry fortnight should do it.
Grafton 2nd wheat is looking unfazed, a bit of tipping on earlier drilled stuff. Kerrin looks like it's on death's door, as usual.Interestly Grafton is fairly unfazed by this situation , gleam and costello are choking like a covid patient
That's another thing, my old agronomist used to rave about Costello's BW, (I don't really care as long as it's above 72, I grow feed) Grafton was always better.Ditto Grafton unbothered. 2012: 78kg/hL, 2020 81. Seed order placed on Thursday past.
I've avoided it since I received a personal attack from someone else. I know you Aussies are thick skinned. My boss used to threaten to fudge me if I fudged his seeder! .thank you
it’s just a pity some on the OTHER thread chose to jump on the bandwagon & put the boot in while I was down

Your welcome to put bad thoughts about me on here and wish my crops death. I don't really give a fudge.
I like the idea of ab15 very tempted to get 300ha in and dump a combine/contractorWheat after ab15 clover. Two varieties. One "pretty" and one less so. Decent cracks. Soil has had gypsum over the years.
Second year grass ley. Not exactly racing away.
Anywhere with a decent canopy, or early fert, is hanging on. You can see the digestate misses a mile off.
It's not £300 / ha per year though is it , the seed is 70 quid an acre .I like the idea of ab15 very tempted to get 300ha in and dump a combine/contractor
