The Low pressure chemical injector has stopped working on my Nixon steam cleaner, is there a injector i can replace it with that will allow me to use chemical on high pressure? plumbing in to the suction side i dont want to do as it will knacker the pump maybe not straight away but in time it will.

I found a kit a couple months ago on internet somewhere but have lost the details and cant find it on google now.

We have something similar to the picture on item 6. We have a quick release on the input to the gun and swap from cleaning lance to soap/chemical foamer. We put sorgene disinfectant through ours which is pretty nippy stuff (acidic). Just have to remember to rinse through (including the bottle) with clean water. Tried similar to this
but was not very effective (foaming lance and bottle much better for our use).

No i want to apply TFR at full/normal pressure. i got a foam bottle but TFR eats them.

I always thought it was low pressure application only, then come back after soakage time with the pressure.Or a wee bit of hot water?

280 Bar. Depends on your definition of low I suppose - compare to a hydrostat yes low, co.pared to mains water very high. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

280bar does not mean it will suck tfr at high pressure. most of these you have to reduce the pressure at the nozzle in order for them injectors to suck tfr.

Said it to the brother, he said to use a standard low pressure kit. Just pressurise the detergent vessel until you get the desired flow. VW had a windscreen washer and the water tank had a tyre valve on the top. Just an option .......
