Stock Bull has corkscrew penis

I bought a Stockbull , simmental 5 years old last May. Noticed straight away his pizzle seemed unusual and he had trouble serving cows . But he seemed to get all but one in calf over summer . Just turned him into a small pen ,there seemed to be 3 cows bulling but despite a few token attempts nothing .
Presume he will have to go . Must weigh a tonne so where to send him ? York scarborough area.
