We are considering a move away from Shearwell to FarmIT3000.
Looking at the Farmit3000 kit, a drafting race with EID reader and weigh bars would be useful.
However, we already have a Psion Walkabout gizzmo.
FarmIT sell a "box" to read the ear tag from the weigh crate Trutest computer running the FamIT3000 software, whihc is connected to the weigh scales.

Is it possible to get a bluetooth box for the weigh bars and then "simply" bluetooth the weights to the Psion we already have?

Not sure you will be gaining anything by this change.
What is the problem with the Shearwell setup that you want to change to the FarmIT 3000?

Probably best to ask Border, if they are going to be the ones making it work for you.
