Storage charges

What would anyone charge for storage in a 80 foot by 40 shed. Thinking might be more profitable than filling it with expensive stores with less work?

all depends on area and site access I guess I’d of thought if it was hear I’d try for £400 month + vat are there toilets water electric all very variable to the price allso how much usage you want some units are v busy others low just storage.
with the low price of feed wheat & barley cattle might be the best job.

I’m not sure that the price of grain will be low going forward considering the weather we’ve had and how crops look !

Concrete floor?
Waterproof?
3 phase elec?
Elec roller door?
Personnel door?
Good lighting?
Concrete secure yard area?
Location?
To many variables to be accurate.
