We have had a tractor stop yesterday without any warning, no dying or lack of power. turns out the pre fuel filter and line was clogged up with jelly type material. The fuel is filtered twice before going into the tractor. On the home tank we have a Cim.Tek ct700-62 filter and on the bowser there is a baldwin bt 366 10 filter. The home tanks filter is 10 micron, so would it be a good idea to have a 5 micron on the bowser? generally we never have fuel trouble but i was wondering are those filters good enough or what would you guys recomend ? ideally i would like to just buy filters that spin on to the excisting housings.
