Fair bit of snow last night here, luckily we fitted 4 snow tyres to the Mrs car last week...

The rain washed it all away early hours, I was woken at 2.30 am by the biggest longest clap of thunder I've ever heard.

I don't think we've taken any damage, still bloody windy here, electric has never been off and the internet is still working, props to Moorsweb...

Blowing hard here ... and what is making it worse, is its coming from an odd direction. Our trees are used to leaning with the prevailing but this storm is widdershins

Wondering what daylight will bring
Said the same last night...

Old Dutch barn has said enough... :( Happily I did not put the Kubota under it last night for some reason!

Hail in the wind here but not that bad outside. No major damage overnight as the wife hasn’t had a call out 🧑🏼‍🚒
No tree’s to lose leaves from.

My cousin bought a caravan about 3 months ago, its been on her drive till about a week ago, when it was took to where she works so no one could pinch it, as it wasn't insured. It got flattened last night with a tree.
And I doubt it was a £250 royal welsh special either?

Trees down in the lane. Fortunately old lane is dry enough to travel with car, atm. No landline. Slates off, but not too bad in that respect. Fire lit in box under a kettle of water as I type. Techie gadgetry is charging from the power hub battery charger.

Thank goodness there wasn't rain or snow! There must have been some strange crosswinds to have affected here at all from that direction.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
