Strautmann verti mix 1250 Feeder

I recently bought a second hand Strautmaan 1250 Verti mix feeder
It was working perfectly until today when the variable speed know is only running at the fastest even though it is at slow speed setting. Also the converor has stopped stopped going in one direction. Yesterday it wouldn't run to the left and today it won't run to the right. Any suggestions please

That could be the problem It probably hasn't been worked in a while

We had a speed variation valve fail and a replacement was incredibly expensive. We just turned the spool down and carried on.

Yeah I think we could do that too. Wondering about why it won't turn the conveyor both ways though

Are they located under the green cover on front of the feeder?

All depends if you have a switch box operated in the cab or the hydraulics are plugged directly into the tractor.

Yes the control box is in the tractor cab
