Why should it be ouch ,if punta had made a contract he was happy with at the time of agreement , then stand on , am sure if he jacked the customer up he would loose more than him in his area
I made an agreement with a new customer at Taunton to supply 5 loads of wheat straw at harvest for £65 ton in probably July, never got around to delivering it till late September or October, took the first load in, ohh god what an arse of a place, dragging trailer around the banks on corners, trees all overgrown and the telehandler turned out to be a 50 hp tractor with a loader on! Any other year we would of told him to stick it but this year it was not possible as we would of cost him a small fortune to go back to the market and seek supply.

Hope he remembers ,when it’s bad to move an is as loyal the other way
