Stuck in the bore Injector washer .

Got one i cant get out tried screwdriver and stud extractor .... not sure what to try next, i dont want bits slipping down in....

Put a round file down there should grab the washer

Tapered end round file alittle smaller than the washer then "screw" it into the washer where the shaft thickens ;-0)

yeah, trouble is ive Tried that same with a tap and stud/screw extractor of a fairly suitable size and it doesnt grab on the washer as much as on the edge of the seat

Got any hook tools ?

Failing that use a seat grinder and cut it out.

tried that but he was blowing after i put him back, all the others were ok ,had them out to sort a bit of hydrolock

i dont think they work very well? tother type like a slide hammer with a tapered /threaded point might be all right , not a tool i would use very often tho.

It splays open pretty wide and a slide hammer can always be added on top!

the washer is back a bit from the inside edge and well flattened so nothing like that will work as theres nothing to catch hold of.
will have to be split/dug out i suppose.
